Thursday, February 13, 2020 – North Bay Nugget Four Chippewa Secondary School students have been invited to attend SHAD Canada’s summer program at some of Canada’s most prestigious universities. It’s the first time in the school’s history so many students have been selected for the highly competitive program.

Blyth’s Ella Sawchuk has just returned home after a month in Atlantic Canada with the Shad Canada program, working on environmental problem-solving at the University of New Brunswick.
Last week, McMaster Engineering hosted a series of workshops and lectures for 56 Shad students from across the country.
