Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation (CMSF)
CMSF is Canada's largest independent granting organization of awards for postsecondary undergraduate study. They identify and support scholars who combine academic excellence with strong leadership potential, entrepreneurial skill and a commitment to service in the community. CMSF places them on university campuses across Canada, where they are expected to contribute significantly and honourably, as exemplary citizens, among the undergraduate student body. |

Gates Scholarships
In 2000, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation announced a donation of $210 million to establish the Gates Cambridge Trust. This scholarship program enables outstanding graduate students from outside the UK to study at the University of Cambridge. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of a person's intellectual ability, leadership capacity and desire to use their knowledge to contribute to society throughout the world by providing service to their communities and applying their talents and knowledge to improve the lives of others. |

Miller Thomson Foundation Scholarship Programme
The Miller Thomson Foundation Scholarship encourages and promotes the attainment of higher education in Canada for individuals who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement and who have made a positive contribution to their school through involvement in extracurricular activities.

Rhodes Scholarships
The Rhodes Scholarship is perhaps the best known and most prestigious of all the externally-funded post-graduate scholarship awards. It offers an opportunity to study at the University of Oxford in England for two or three years after receiving your undergraduate degree. |
